How to install?

Download and unpack the resulting file jak-12-tactical-reload-patch-64122-1-0-1662746113.zip (it is recommended to use 7-Zip);
Move content (and related folders, too, if any) should be copied to the game folder "Fallout 4/data".
Next, most likely, you will be asked for confirmation to replace the existing files. You must agree in order for the modification to work.
